INNOTRAIN IT
Information technology is a key driver for innovation in enterprises. Especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are facing the challenge to optimise their business and achieve process and product innovations utilising information technologies. INNOTRAIN IT will increase the innovation capacity of SMEs in Central Europe by raising the awareness of new and innovative IT service management (ITSM) tools. SMEs will be trained to use these services effectively and to implement strategic ICT process, product or service innovations. Further, a transnational exchange of knowledge, tools and methods about ITSM will be fostered.
