Karl Steinbuch Research Programme

With the Karl Steinbuch Research Programme MFG Foundation particularly fosters innovative research on current issues from the ICT and creative industries. With the programme the MFG Foundation enables a set of universities of applied sciences and the Cooperative State University Baden-Württemberg to new directions in research. Both, technical disciplines as well as those of the economic and social sciences are invited to participate.

Project aim In particular the use of new digital technologies make an important contribution to growth and innovation in Baden-Württemberg. The call for research on promising topics, as well as the general publication of research results by the Karl Steinbuch Research Programme will be used specifically to identify trends and thereby opening up further growth potential of the areas of ICT and creative industries.
MFG's part MFG Foundation assigns universities to conduct research on current topics of the ICT and creative industries. It actively supports the universities in the implementation of research projects and is also responsible for the preparation and publication of research results.
